RETURNS:

If you wish to return your SeeCap you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.
You will be given a returns address and must return the SeeCap & pouch in unused condition along with the original packaging.
Once we have received the item we will process your refund (not including any postage costs) within 14 days.

FAULTY GOODS:

In the unlikely event that you SeeCap or Pouch is faulty in any way please contact us by phone or email to arrange a return.  Postage is payable by the customer.  Once  the item is received it will be inspected to ascertain the fault.   A replacement will be sent out to you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.  If you prefer a refund will be issued (not including postage costs).  Please be aware that we do not cover the postage costs for returns.  These terms do not effect you statutory rights (UK).

POSTAGE:

Postage will be via royal mail first class at a cost of £3.49 per item.  We will endeavour to post your item within 3 working days of you order. (if unforeseen circumstances occur we will keep you updated)

LIABILITY:

We accept no responsibility for mistakes made on this website.  The SeeCap is a visibility aid NOT a life saving device.  If you SeeCap is immersed in water (especially sea water) Then please rinse both the SeeCap & Pouch in clean water as soon as possible & allow to dry fully.  This will help keep your SeeCap & pouch in tip top Condition.
